Service & Support – Our Service & Support is available to our national and international customers in Germany, but also to our European customers in several languages and across the board – we are constantly expanding our service network. Our multilingual helpdesk is the first point of contact for questions and problems.

For the constant support of our customers and partners, our Service & Support is available both by telephone and via our web portal to provide quick and efficient assistance with any challenges.
To support international customers and partners, our hotline is of course multilingual and can therefore also process inquiries from international customers in English.
Other languages are possible on request and can be defined with the respective sales area.
We comprehensively manage your digital signage infrastructure according to your specifications via our central service desk. Our modern technology allows us to monitor your ITMC MediaPlayer centrally and to act proactively if necessary.
We ensure the operation of your units on the ground, reduce unnecessary personnel commitment in the branch and thus ensure that your devices always fulfill their intended purpose.
Thanks to our active monitoring, we are always informed whether the devices are active, whether and which advertising is displayed, and we also check whether the units are running with the desired performance characteristics.
But even in the event that there is a hardware defect, our active dispatching to service saves the otherwise laborious information and coordination channels – and also replaces them with automatism.
