Conception and advice are the cornerstones of our project management for integration, roll-out and replacement projects.
Our high level of expertise in the area of pre-configuration and customizing our hardware creates simplifications in the roll-out and integration of the new hardware and software components on the site.
Based on the defined hardware and software requirements, we assemble your POS hardware and software and completely manufacture your systems. We also install all defined software components ex works so that a roll-out is significantly simplified and accelerated.
Additional services, such as inventory and branding, with special inscriptions, whether by labeling or laser, are additional options available in the production process.
With our service control center and our competent and precisely trained service technicians, we consistently carry out the roll-out and integration of the hardware at the point of sale.
With our managed services in the field of digital signage, we now also support the operational security of medium-sized and large in-store digital signage installations.
Our support hotline is the first point of contact for all technical inquiries, problems and solutions and is responsible by telephone, email and with your professional ticket system for headquarters and markets.
The support services can be booked or defined individually, with different SLA levels being offered.
From March 2023, our new automated report via QR code “Quick-Request” will also be supported directly at the POS, which saves additional time with reports and further automates the processes consistently. Please speak to your key account manager.
Together with the service control center and our on-site service technicians, we carry out the necessary repairs and maintenance of the hardware on site in the branches or markets with consistency and precision.
